FINANCIAL SERVICES LITIGATION ASSOCIATE-MIDLEVEL

SALARY:

$225,000 to $290,000&

We are seeking opportunity for a mid-level associate attorney with at least four years’ experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation to join the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group in New York City.& &

The ideal candidate will have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery and the day-to-day management of cases.& Outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written, are required;& Experience with securities litigation, arbitration and/or or enforcement matters is preferred.& Applicants from government agencies are encouraged.& To be considered, you must be a member the New York state bar.
