About the Job
- Financial Services Specialist will provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment options, retirement planning, and wealth management
- Assist clients with banking transactions, account management, and resolving inquiries
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
- Process loan applications, credit card applications, and other financial products
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
- As a Financial Services Specialist, you will build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
