Financial Support - Ultimate Staffing Services

A Large University is seeking Inbound Finance Support Agents.

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule could vary between 6AM - 7 PM.

You will be responsible for providing financial estimates for students going through the enrollment process at one of over 50 campuses across the US. You will receive an inbound call from an Admissions Representative on campus. They will introduce you to walk the student through a screen sharing financial estimate. You will need to accurately record all responses through a list of scripted questions to qualify potential students for loans, grants, and scholarships.

Qualifications:

* Prior financial experience is a plus.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Confidence in handling customer inquiries effectively.

* Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined, and honest approach.

* Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude.

* Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, tactfulness, and diplomacy.

* A positive attitude with a strong desire to further the goals of the department and company will be noticed quickly!
