We're seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in the ongoing upgrade of our ERP system from Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 to the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O ERP platform. You'll collaborate closely with our ERP Project Manager, internal team, and external consultants to ensure a smooth implementation, configuration, testing, data migration, and ongoing support.

We're seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in the ongoing upgrade of our ERP system from Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 to the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O ERP platform. You'll collaborate closely with our ERP Project Manager, internal team, and external consultants to ensure a smooth implementation, configuration, testing, data migration, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Implementation: Actively participate in the ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O ERP, transitioning to administration and enhancement post-implementation.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity.
- Data Migration: Assist in the migration of data between systems, verifying accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with functional teams to determine system requirements and guide users on best practices.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain user manuals and provide comprehensive user training.
- Specific Implementation Tasks: Oversee the implementation of various ERP modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, payment cycles, Power BI reporting, master data setup, access management, and SharePoint storage.
- Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve issues within the ERP platform.
- Current System Administration: Continue to administer the existing Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 accounting platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with a concentration in accounting information systems strongly preferred. Direct experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O ERP platform (implementation exposure preferred but not required) and Administrator experience, or equivalent experience with similar ERP systems.
- Strong background in general ledger and accounts payable workflows.
- Familiarity with US GAAP reporting requirements is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot tables, V-lookups, index-match, and other advanced formulas.
- Technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and SharePoint.
- Ability to create, update, and maintain financial and managerial reports through the ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively with others.
