Overview
In the box office, we assist patrons with all ticketing needs for the Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University. This includes theatre, music, and any other performances in our 5 venues.
Responsibilities
* Nights and weekends required. At least one event shift is required each month, based on event schedule.
* You will use our ticket system to accurately sell tickets to CCA events.
* Answering the phone, greeting patrons in person, and other duties as assigned. Hours will be set for the office and flexible for performances.
* One meeting at the beginning of each semester is mandatory.
Qualifications
* Customer service experience required
* Cash Handling experience required
* Good verbal communication skills, in person and over the phone required.
