Our team of Project Manager, Field Supervisors and Subcontractors have over 20-years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, so we are the ideal choice for your residential or commercial restoration needs. 

• Perform all aspects of finish carpentry work, including installing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, tile work, and other decorative interior and exterior elements in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and alignment of carpentry components.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools to achieve precise fits and finishes.
• Work independently to manage time effectively and complete all assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate carpentry work with overall project requirements.
• Assist with team cross training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with finished carpentry work.

• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter in residential and commercial construction.
• Ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools common to the carpentry trade.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• All the hand and power tools required for most residential and light commercial carpentry projects.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• The ability to work a rotating 'On-Call' 24 hour schedule every few weeks. Includes additional 'On-Call' pay and overtime potential.
