- Our client is a vertically integrated real estate company offering expertise in property management, investment management, development & construction globally. They are one of the largest rental housing operators and developers in the US and one of the largest global investment management companies delivering industry-leading services to investors, clients, and residents.
- Currently, they are seeking a Finish Superintendent to join their team in the Elkton, MD area. As a Finish Superintendent, you will oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and within the specified timelines. The Finish Superintendent role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting work, resolving any issues that arise, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all finishing activities on multifamily construction sites.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the finishing phase.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finish Superintendent or similar role in the multifamily construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range
