Finished Goods Labeling Assistant - Solar Cannabis Co.

JOB TITLE: Finished Goods Labeling Assistant

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION: 

• Reports directly to the Finished Goods Labeling Coordinador, with additional oversight from the Director of Production 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Split METRC tags and print labels (Flower, Pre-Roll, Edibles, Concentrates) 
• Finish and close METRC tags with systems (Fill weekly / monthly finishes METRC tags & accountability cards)
• Create QC cards for Finished Goods Technicians
• Maintain labeling backstock needs (labels, ribbon, rewind rolls)
• Assist Finished Goods Labeling Coordinator with external and  internal audits
• Maintaining adjustments, visual and physical quantity checks. 
• Maintain clean, sanitary and safe environment
• Comply with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures

• On occasion you may be asked to cross train or help in other departments/positions (Flower Processing)
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Dutchie and Metrc experience required 
• Experience in high volume packaging required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of frequent, repetitive, and fast hand movements
• Able to accurately follow specific direction in a strictly regulated facility
• Ability to read and write in English
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic, reliability and professionalism
• Have genuine and positive energy

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum of 21 years of age. 
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID. 
• Must pass all required background checks. 
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. 
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance). 
• This job function may include being in a stationary position, or moving for extended periods of time.
