Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspector - Philadelphia - TPRG

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to make corrections.
• Perform routine monthly, quarterly or annual inspections for fire sprinkler and alarm systems and/or fire pumps.
• Daily communications with our service manager, assisting in scheduling, and notifying team when work is completed.
• Daily use of inspection software to submit inspection reports in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in NFPA 25
• Must be comfortable in front of decision-making end users
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
• Must be a self-motivated individual who can perform job duties without a vast amount of supervision
• NICET Level II or III preferred
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire life safety
• Knowledge in fire sprinklers, PIVs FDCs, Backflows, Fire pumps, and other devices
• Working knowledge of alarm panels
• Must have a high school diploma and the ability to read and write English proficiently
• Must have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate with facility managers, customers, and AHJs on a regular basis
• Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screen, background and reference check
• Working knowledge of alarm panels, devices and critical components
