• Perform fire alarm system commissioning, takeovers, and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems to ensure they function properly.
• Conduct site surveys, review plans, and develop estimates for the installation or expansion of fire alarm systems.
• Engage in business development activities to generate new opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Participate in on-call rotations for fire alarm repairs alongside other technicians.
• Document progress, notes, and inspections via the company's mobile app daily.

• NICET Level II certification or greater required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience inspecting, commissioning, and servicing fire alarm systems.
• Extensive experience with Silent Knight, Fire Lite, and Vista fire alarm systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build "raving fan" client relationships.
• Philadelphia Fire Inspection and New Jersey Fire Inspection licenses are a plus.

• 8 hour shift
