gpac, a family-owned, family-run search firm for over 30 years is partnered with a global giant in the Fire Protection Industry.  Our client is looking for a Professional, Highly Skilled, and Talented Fire Protection Project Manager to fill a role in Florida.  If you have 5+ experience as a Fire Prtotection Project Manager and is looking to take the next step in your career, then this is the role for you!

Job Description:

1. The Project Manager will be working on the Installation of Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems.
2. Attend all meetings for the job.
3. Take detailed notes about the project and write comprehensive reports.
4. Creating a comprehensive listing that outlines the scope, budget, and allocation of resources for a fire protection project.
5. Making sure everything is kept OSHA compliant, safe, and on schedule, as well as making all necessary changes and keeping all parties informed.
6. Maintain an ongoing relationship with the client for future projects.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ Years Experience as a Fire Protection Manager.
2. 100% experience in either Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler with a working knowledge of the other.
3. NICET II or Better in Fire Sprinklers.
4. NICET III or Better in Fire Alarms.
5. Must be personable but strong and confident in working with people.
6. Must be able to Write Detailed Reports.
7. Must be on site and attend all meetings.

Salary:       $85,000 - $100,000 (Depends on Certification and Experience)
