Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

The service manager role oversees the service sales staff, service admin and scheduler, service superintendents, service field techs. Assists in bidding process, review bids, bids work, customer relations growth, service revenue and margin growth, accountability to the department, PNL costing each month.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in the Fire Protection Industry with particular emphasis sales and service.
Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated sales techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a department consisting of diverse personnel.
Track record of success in the fire protection business.
Demonstrated leadership and proven negotiation skills and sales achievements.
Self-motivated and strong desire to succeed with the company.
Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player.
Understanding of NFPA, IBC and IFC Codes as they apply to Fire Protection Industry.
Valid driver license.
NICET Certified applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for this position
Minimum five years design experience required
Must successfully complete an employment background investigation and drug
screening.
Applicants must have five or more years experience working in similar environments, preferably from the automatic fire sprinkler industry. They must be self motivated and require limited supervision with a strong customer service mentality. The compensation for this service manager position is a generous base plus incentive program and will be eligible for a monthly car allowance. Relocation assistance may be available for the qualified candidate.
