Are you an organized and proactive professional with a talent for managing daily operations in a legal environment? A long-standing local firm is seeking a skilled Firm Administrator to oversee all aspects of firm operations and support our team of dedicated attorneys.

Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the office is organized, well-supplied, and running smoothly.
- HR Coordination: Manage human resources functions, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and handling benefits administration.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing. Prepare periodic financial reports for firm leadership.
- Vendor Relations: Handle relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring all office needs are met cost-effectively.
- Compliance & Policies: Implement and enforce office policies, maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a welcoming point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining the firm’s professional image.
Requirements:
- Experienced Professional: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in office management or administration in a law firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and bookkeeping; familiarity with legal billing and trust account management is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and legal practice management software.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to proactively address and resolve operational issues as they arise, keeping the office environment productive and positive.
