• Three or more years of electrical assembly experience, three or more years of mechanical assembly experience and five or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience are all required to be considered

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Working a 40 to 50 hour work week on first shift
• Overseeing, leading, motivating and correcting production employees
• Being responsible for the shipping schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Allocating production resources
• Removing obstacles preventing the timely completion of production jobs
• Participating in improving production and quality while minimizing cost
• Ensuring the shopfloor is safe and orderly

The background of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Five or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Three or more years of electrical assembly experience
• Three or more years of mechanical assembly experience
• One or more years of shipping schedule responsibility
• A take charge personality
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
