The project and your role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FirstSpirit Java Architect to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead team meetings with project managers to discuss new initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure proper staffing for projects.
- Oversee project budgets, track developer time entries, and manage offers/invoices through BCS to maintain financial control.
- Take full ownership of small to medium project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Efficiently organize personal tasks and deadlines while accurately estimating project effort and resources.
- Provide expert support for customer projects and guide new customers through technical onboarding in the cloud.
- Act as the architect and project manager for customer implementations, ensuring project success from start to finish.
- Deliver architecture training sessions for customers and partners, while offering valuable feedback and customer insights to the product team.
Your skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Familiar with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
- Experience with both frontend and backend Technologies like React, Javascript, Java
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Conduct workshops, training and show presentations
- Ability to translate functional requirements (customer) to technical requirements (developers)
