SUMMARY: The Fiscal Intermediary Liaison (FIL) provides support and oversight for individuals who receive Fiscal Intermediary (FI) services from the Lifetime Assistance. The FIL will assist the individual, broker, MSC and the business office with the management of FI core tasks and functions.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the abilities and knowledge for successful performance will be considered.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and have professional experience working with budgets and computerized systems such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. A minimum of professional accounting and/or bookkeeping experience required. Must have a valid New York State Driver's License, a reliable vehicle and meet Lifetime Assistance vehicle operator requirements. Must meet all OPWDD requirements and complete all necessary training during first six months in the position.
