Fiscal Management Support Coordinator (Bilingual - Spanish).
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fiscal Management Service (FMS) Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a thorough understanding of California's Self Determination Program (SDP). This role is critical in assisting individuals and families in managing their fiscal responsibilities and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a thorough understanding of California's Self Determination Program (SDP). This role is critical in assisting individuals and families in managing their fiscal responsibilities and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to clients and families participating in the Self Determination Program.
- Assist clients in budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the Self Determination Program.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of client financial records.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality services.
- Offer bilingual support and communication to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Educate clients on fiscal management practices and resources available.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Social Work, or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Knowledge and experience with California’s Self Determination Program.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
