We are seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Income Trade Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the fixed income trading desk by facilitating trade execution, monitoring trade lifecycle processes, and ensuring accurate transaction records. You will collaborate closely with traders, operations, and compliance teams to address any trade-related issues and enhance operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of fixed income markets are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support trade execution and ensure timely processing of fixed income transactions.

- Monitor and reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of trades and ensure compliance with internal controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trade workflows and operational processes.

- Generate and analyze reports to track trade performance and assist in decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 3-4 years' experience working on a trading floor with middle office experience

-Repo and Securities lending experience (US Treasuries, MBS, etc.)

- Repo trade booking, amendments, trade and cash balance/funding position monitoring

- Familiarity with fixed income products and market operations preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trading platforms.
