FL Equipment Operator/Order Puller - Hire Up Staffing Services

Hire Up Staffing is seeking experienced Equipment Operators/Order Pullers to join our client partner in this fast-paced warehouse team in Carrollton, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great potential for long-term growth and strong benefits once permanent.

Job Title: Equipment Operator/Order Puller  
Location: Carrollton, TX  
Pay Rate: $18/hr. 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry picker, stand-up reach, and sit-down forklifts (certification required)
• Pull and stage orders efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, including handling irregularly shaped product loads
• Shrink wrap pallets using both manual and automatic methods
• Frequently lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of warehouse equipment operating experience
• Certification to operate cherry picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklift
• Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting
• Strong attendance record and dependability
• Takes initiative to fill slow periods with work.
• Must have reliable transportation
