About the Job
Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of all Lowery Corporation vehicles. The Fleet Administrator will report directly to the CFO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and approve vendor invoices, vehicle repairs and monthly bills.
- Monitor the vehicles through Geotab.
- Research and order vehicles in accordance with company needs, distribute new vehicles, assign vehicles to new technicians out of existing fleet and work with managers on technician vehicle needs.
- Locate shops to work on vehicles by region.
- Work within the guidelines of company policies and procedures.
- Submit proper documentation to bank for funding of new vehicles and facilitate getting the new vehicles to the proper vendors for upfit and wrapping.

- Willing/able to travel to other locations.
- Microsoft Suite Knowledge including Excel
- Good driving record (no DUI's in the past 5 years)
- Valid MI Driver's License
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- High School Diploma, required.

Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, work will occur both indoors and outdoors, with limited exposure to the elements during normal business hours. The physical demands of this job are considered active. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
