DelMed Inc. (Bookkeeping, Fleet Coordination, and Administrative Assistant Position)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate & Efficient Data Entry of DelMed Driver/Staff receipts into QuickBooks
- Review, Coordinate, and Communicate the approval process with Logistics and Trailer Service staff on the receipt of invoices and requests for approval.
- Accurate & Efficient Data Entry of Invoices in QuickBooks once approved by GM and/or Coordinators
- Record DelMed Customer Receipts / Deposits accurately in QuickBooks
- Manage/Maintain accuracy of Vendor accounts in QuickBooks (accuracy of remit to addresses)
- Maintain accuracy of receipts, supporting documents, including paperless filing
- Organize, monitor, and provide DelMed Fleet coordination with Compliance Service in place.
- Set up new drivers in ELD System
- Work closely with DelMed Fleet Manager / Owner-President / General Manager in maintaining accurate information in the Truck Roster.
- Coordinate with logistics staff and drivers, on how to provide Licensing/Tab renewals timely and track receipt of.
- Other Accounting and Admin Assist tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must Have 2-3 Years of QuickBooks Experience *Required*
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as willingness, ability & initiative to learn
- Excellent Organizational, Time Management & Multi-Tasking Skills when necessary
- Multiple Timelines/Deadlines to be Monitored and Met
- Must be Detail Oriented, Organized and Keep Neat and Efficient Records
- Active Listening and Strong Follow-Through Skills
- Excellent, Respectful Communication, Strong Oral & Written Communication
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Problem Solve
- Strong Accounting and Math Skills
- Work as a Team Player and Communicate Effectively overall
- Ability to be thoughtful about who needs what information, and provide timely, appropriately and accurately.
