CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK

This is technical work performed under the direct supervision of the Transportation Director. Work involves ensuring that the fleet of vehicles are maintained in a safe and operational condition. The incumbent assists the Transportation Director with ensuring that customers are transported to and from their destinations as necessary.

Qualifications

AA degree Required. Must possess a valid State of Mississippi Commercial Driver’s License with a P or PS endorsement. Applicant must submit to and pass drug screening tests as outlined by Hinds County Human Resource Agency’s Personnel Policies and Procedures.
