Fleet Manager - Tech Tammina LLC

Currently seeking a Regional Manager for large Fleet Maintenance.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the culture and ensuring the implementation of exceptional fleet safety and maintenance routines and help guide and mentor others around you. Working closely with individual shop locations and their Techs-In-Charge (TIC), Operations and Contracts Managers, you will be supporting multiple locations across your region that can include parts of Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Texas and others. This role will report into the Director of Maintenance

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

- Compliance with DOT (State specific and federal) regulations and maintenance standards

- Manage shop budgets for maintenance expenditure

- Ensures appropriate documentation for systems tied to labor, repairs and parts.

- Monitors and ensures performance of shop locations and tries to develop a good working relationship with technicians, managers and executive leadership to make the best possible impact

- Travel to site locations, including some overnight travel, is required

In order to perform this role effectively, we are seeking individuals with at least the following sets of experience:

- Technical Certificates, Trade School or similar experience

- 5+ years experience in a Management position associated with Transportation (commercial fleets, buses and coaches, etc)

- experience developing and implementing maintenance standards

- Vehicle Maintenance experience, preferably in a diesel engine environment. A safety-first approach

- Financial and budget management experience

- A multi-tasker
