Location: East Region (GA, SC, NC, MD, PA)
Job Summary: The Region Fleet Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties relating to technical support within a given Region as needed by maintaining accurate records for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), telematics management systems, and Driver/Operator daily inspection management systems. They are responsible for the preparation of documents, reports, and compliance requirements for the Fleet Maintenance Department.
What You’ll Do:
Develops, updates, and manages detailed databases and creates departmental spreadsheets and reports on performance metrics as needed
Creates work requests, external work orders, and purchase orders for a designated Region
Review POs and vendor invoices for accuracy and receive POs electronically
Manages equipment assets within a designated Region in the CMMS, Telematics, and daily inspection management systems through the creation of assets, locations, specifications, descriptions, transfers, and change of status
Maintains user and access database, provides training, mentors, and supports Region users of the systems used to manage Fleet Maintenance Operations
Prepares and maintains vehicle and equipment records in CMMS for all maintenance, repairs, inspections, permits, and certifications
Reports on asset warranties and recalls with internal customers and outside vendors
Works with Corporate Fleet manager to utilize computer skills to research and implement improvements and best practices

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years' experience with computerized maintenance management software and/or administrative support work
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications
- Valid class “C” Driver's License
- Ability to report to work on time, maintain a good attendance record, and be available to work all designated work schedules
- Ability to travel as needed
