The Fleet and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles and managing warehouse inventory to support our field technicians. This role ensures that vehicles are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for service while optimizing equipment management to minimize costs and prevent shortages. The Supervisor will work closely with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery.

Job Requirements:
- Schedule regular vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Manage and maintain inventory levels for tools, equipment, and materials to support technicians in the field
- Coordinate with vendors to order, receive, and stock parts and supplies
- Implement inventory management software to track usage, reordering needs, and inventory costs
- Work closely with the parts runner/helper to ensure timely delivery to teams
