About the Job
St. Luke’s is seeking a Float Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to support hospital call shifts for two full-time midwifery practices in Meridian and Nampa. Each location has four clinic midwives who provide OBGYN clinic services and shared call responsibilities, collaborating closely with the clinic’s OBGYN Physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care. The Float CNM will support St. Luke’s OBGYN Meridian and Nampa OB patients while on call, including triage, labor support, and C/S assist.
What You Can Expect:
- Minimum of 7 - 24 hours weekday call shifts per month
- 1 weekend call per month
- PRN clinic coverage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Base compensation + call and activation pay

Qualifications:
- Licensed professional nurse who has earned a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nurse midwifery program, with a concentration in the advanced practice nursing role and specialty, and passing results on the certification examination for Certified Nurse Midwife recognized by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
- Current RN, APRN and controlled substance licensure from Idaho. Current, unrestricted DEA certificate.
