Float Pool RN / Registered Nurse - Caldera Care

Caldera Care's internal Float Pool; CRN Pool, LLC is looking for seasoned Registered Nurses who have the passion and excellence in geriatric care.

• Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
• Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
• Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
• Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS

Qualifications:

• Current active RN WA state licensure without enforcement action against it
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently
• Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Skilled Nursing setting

This position does require floating to multiple centers within a geographical area and you must be currently living in the state in which this position is in.
