Floating Maintenance Technician - Aspen Square Management

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems/furnaces/boilers, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Experience and knowledge in residential maintenance, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, and appliance repair
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, furnaces and boilers
• Provide own tools, a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation
• Ability to float to our local properties (Amherst, Chicopee, Feeding Hills, Sunderland, West Springfield and Westfield)
• Maintain physical fitness suitable for job demands, including prolonged standing or walking, operation of equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
