Floor Coating Foreman

Salary Range: $23-27 /hr DOE

Job Summary

A floor coating foreman works closely with their installer to complete coating installations with exceptional quality. They play a key role in transforming spaces in people’s homes and businesses with craftsmanship, finesse and great customer service, while leading a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare the concrete surface for product installation
• Follow precise production installation instructions accommodating the proper timelines of curing product.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order by organizing and tracking the maintenance schedule
• Communicating with team members and customers
• Keep team accountable for expectations of tasks and goals
• Communicate and demonstrate safety protocols and address safety concerns on job sites
• Other duties as assigned

A plus if you have experience in:

• Hand Tools
• Industrial floor equipment
• Mixing and handling 2 part materials 

Physical & General Requirements

• Be able to lift and carry 100 lbs. of supplies and equipment
• Work on your knees
• Wear a respirator
• Stand for long periods
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Active Drivers License is required
