Floor Manager - Salvage BBQ

Salvage BBQ is looking for a floor manager to join our team in Portland, Maine. This person will drive customer satisfaction by leading a team of servers.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of servers - includes but not limited to scheduling, training, hiring and other HR related tasks.
• Maintain restaurant knowledge - Act as a menu expert to ensure information given to customers and servers is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate with other team members and departments - Team work makes the dream work!

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
