Floor Tech - Franciscan Ministries

Marian Village is looking for a Full-time Environmental Services Floor Technician Cleaner!

This is a fulltime, day shift position with some possible weekends and holidays that you will be required to work.   

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect resident apartments, coach homes and rooms.
• Cleans all public areas at the community to include bathrooms, offices, nurses stations and utility rooms.
• Cleans Floors and front areas 
• Cleans outside of the building of debris and takes care of all the plants
• Disposes of all garbage in community
• Deep Cleans after renovations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to bend and push frequently
