Job Summary:

 

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

 

PROJECT FLOOR CLEANER - WEST REGION AREA  West region includes: Bloomingdale, Glen Ellyn, Glenbard, Wheaton, Warrenville, Naperville, Aurora, Batavia, St Charles, Geneva, South Elgin, Elburn, Sycamore, Dekalb, Hampshire and Waterman.  Floor Tech will drive company vehicle to complete all projects in all locations. Background check that includes driving record required for this position.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooring
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure
• Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate  
• Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs “wet floor”
• Ability to work without normal supervision
• Reports safety hazards when identified
• Safely drive a company vehicle

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Have a Driver's license with a good to excellent driving record
