Countryside Meadows is now hiring a full-time Floor Technician!
Evening Shift
What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?
- Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion.
- Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
- Strips old floor finish when required. This may be required to be completed at night.
- Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
- Posts signs indicating a safety hazard anytime floor care activities pose environmental hazards to staff, residents, visitors, or others in the facility.
- Uses personal protective equipment provided by the facility when at risk of exposure to blood or other potentially hazardous body fluids and all other times indicated by facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Environmental Services & Maintenance
