With the growth they have been having, they are constantly promoting within and the sky is the limit with the advancement opportunity they have. The team goes out to lunches, group outings, and they have multiple company gatherings. They do commercial flooring projects, multi-family flooring projects, and new construction residential flooring.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Flooring Sales/Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and the flooring industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage flooring projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on flooring products and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Coordinate and oversee installation schedules, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of flooring products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using project management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
