Qualifications and responsibilities for this Flooring Project Coordinator position include:
3+ years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or materials management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 experience preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Managing materials budgets, tracking project progress, and processing RCOs (budget adjustments)
Handling submittals, RFIs, and direct client communication
Scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and negotiating with vendors
Overseeing repairs and maintaining project trackers
Resolving project-related issues promptly to keep timelines on track
Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Please note that the salary range provided is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and other considerations
Actual compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
