Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.Inquiry Resolution: Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive information on insurance products and services.Policies Management: Oversee and manage insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Client Retention: Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.Remote Productivity: Demonstrate exceptional productivity and communication skills while working in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 License is required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Client Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to going above and beyond to meet client needs.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
