Job Summary:
The FLUIDCARE Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of fluid management for our organization. This role is responsible for optimizing the performance and reliability of our fluid systems, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing downtime. The FLUIDCARE Engineer will apply their technical expertise to conduct system analysis, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and troubleshoot issues related to fluid systems, with the ultimate goal of improving overall performance and reducing costs.

What will you do
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of fluid system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Using Microsoft Excel to monitor fluidcare systems and utilize powerBI to help further break down analysis and present these findings to customer leadership
- Monitoring total cost of ownership approach with our customers and help to prepare a month end close
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures for fluid systems.
- Inspect and evaluate fluid system components regularly to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fluid systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of fluid systems within larger operational structures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel and other teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of fluid system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in fluid management technology.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with fluid systems.
- Support the development and implementation of new fluid management strategies to enhance overall system performance.
What do we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fluid system design, maintenance, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and related principles.
- Proficient in utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software for fluid system modeling.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in fluid system maintenance and operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve fluid system issues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
