Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector Level II - Enjet Aero, LLC

Position Description: The position's primary responsibilities will be the planning, development, implementation and activities to support the company's Quality Management System in conformance with AS9100, AS13100 and customer requirements. Training shall be provided as needed which may require travel. Position reports to the Quality Manager. Essential Responsibilities:Perform Fluorescent Penetrant in a production environmentMake accept/reject decisions in regard to part(s).Documents and publishes results of FPI testing.Determines acceptability of product based on results of testing.Interprets results and determines probable cause of defects.Run part(s) through the NDT systemConduct process control testPerform NDT inspections for auditorsServe as the primary resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, trends, and continuous improvement.Supports and maintains the quality system.dependable, task focused, reliable, flexible, respectful and supportive of the company's policies and practices.
