About the Job
VIP Staffing-South Dallas is currently seeking an experienced Flux Core Welder/ Fitter for a manufacturer of large Utility Poles. Located in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidates should be able to have Flux Core Welding experience.
Shift- 2nd Shifts
Pay rate- $21 with a $4 incentive when hired on.
Time- Mon-Thurs 4 pm-12:30 am with OT 2:30 am
- Friday Hours-2 pm-10:30 pm
- Saturday Hours 1 pm-9 pm
- Must be able to work OT when needed.
Utility Pole / Monopoles, Guardrails, Barrier Systems and more
The Weld test is 1G/2G
Flux Core Wire 1/16th / .053
All welder candidates must have at least 6 months of current welding experience. They do not need to have experience in our industry but need to have flux Core welding experience. No pipe or small part welders.

- 2nd Shift maintenance - $2 night shift incentive
- 2nd Shift Welders and Weld Inspectors will receive a $4 night incentive
- 2nd Shift Machine Operator receives a $4 night incentive
- All other 2nd Shift positions receive a $2 night incentive
- They will also be eligible for quarterly bonuses and company benefits when hired on
Welder Retention Bonus:
- $1000.00 for new employees after a hired perm.
- $1000.00 for new employees reaching 180 Days
Welder Referral Bonus:
- $500.00 Candidate completes 90 days
- $1000.00 Candidate completes 180 days
