FMS Acquisition Contract Analyst - VISTA

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS)Acquisition ContractAnalyst to support a NAVSEAprogram office located in Crystal City, VA.This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days/week.The ideal candidate will beself-motivated, results-oriented and have FMS acquisition contract experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Support DoDAcquisition Category (ACAT) IC and ACAT II program office with FMS acquisition and contract cradle to grave case management including FMS case phases (Pre-LOR, LOA Development, Case Execution, and Case Closure)
• Provide FMS contract generation, award, and management support
• Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
• Track funds retrieved through the Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL) financial database as the standard method of payment for FMS
• Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letters and memoranda, and tracking action items
• Buildstrong working relationships with cross functional teams to facilitate and achieve program goals and objectives

Position Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field OR bachelor's degree and 5years of relevant federal/DoD FMS acquisition contract experience OR Associates and 10years of relevant experience
• Federal/DoDFMS acquisition and contract case management experience required; ACAT program experience preferred
• Cradle to grave FMS casemanagement experience including all case phases (Pre-LOR, LOA Development, Case Execution, and Case Closure)
• Experience generating, awarding, and managing FMS contracts and trackingfunding
• Experience using FMS financial systemsincluding MISIL
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) skills. Power BI helpful
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, time management, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Active DoD Secret clearance required

This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.
