FOH and BOH Staff Needed for Morning and Evening Shifts at Wes' Rib House

Wes' Rib House is currently hiring motivated and passionate individuals for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions. We are seeking team players who are ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment. Our hours of operation are from 11:30 am to 2 am, providing flexibility with both morning and evening shifts available.

Front of House (FOH) positions include:

• Servers: Taking orders, delivering food, and providing outstanding customer service.
  
• Hosts: Greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
  
• Bartenders: Mixing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and engaging with guests.
  
• Food Runners/Bussers: Assisting servers, delivering food to tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
  

Back of House (BOH) positions include:

• Line Cooks: Preparing food orders according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean work area.
  
• Prep Cooks: Assisting with food preparation, chopping ingredients, and supporting the kitchen team.
  
• Dishwashers: Ensuring clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by managing dishwashing duties.
  

Requirements:

• Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented.
  
• Availability for flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
