Some things you'll be doing:
- Developing FOH staff (hiring, training, disciplining)
- Scheduling staff; ensuring floor is appropriately staffed each night
- Working closely with chefs; act as liaison to accomplish BOH's pursuit of serving delicious food
- Managing administrative side of restaurant
- Overseeing all events at the restaurant
- Ensuring that guests enjoy the Momofuku experience
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Exceptional service and floor skills
- Experience with both special and private dining events a plus!
- High volume, fast-paced restaurant experience
