Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be orchestrating the daily workings of our upscale Mexican restaurant. Your role will encompass managing and leading an ambitious team, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing and managing inventory levels, and creating productive marketing strategies to uplift sales. Financial management, including budgeting and cost moderation, as well maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant will fall under your purview. You will also work closely with the owner to devise new policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and profitability. This role provides a platform to significantly influence the success of our restaurant while fostering a positive work environment for our team. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager will have an instrumental role in staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring every team member is duly equipped for their role.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a unit with significant turnover is a must for the Restaurant Manager

• The Restaurant Manager should be an active hands-on leader

• The Restaurant Manager should have experience with private owners

• Bi-lingual is preferred for the Restaurant Manager
