About the Job
The Fountains Resort located in Orlando, FL is seeking an Food and Beverage Accounting Coordinator. This role will work closely with Food and Beverage and Accounting to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and additional responsibilities within the Food and Beverage department.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (start time of 7 or 8 AM), with occasional weekends needed for inventory control.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Responsible for A/P activity, including the coding of invoices, uploading invoices, and updating the F&B checkbook.
- Assist with the monthly inventory as scheduled, and maintain inventory cost sheets.
- Responsible for bank audit of petty cash with witness.
- Assist with ordering food, beverage and retail/concession/merchandise items.
- Order office supplies, office equipment and other items as needed by the F&B department.
- Banquet inquiry follow up and coordination
- Backup for HOA Accounting Coordinator as needed
WHAT YOU BRING:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work on-site daily and available to be on-site occasionally on weekends for inventory control.
- Prior experience with A/P Processing and inventory control.
- Accounting/Administration experience of at least two years, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Oracle strongly preferred.
