Roles and Responsibilities:
As the General Manager of Food & Beverage Outlets, your role will be centered around an enthusiasm for food and beverage with substantial hospitality industry experience, particularly in boutique hotels. You are sought-after for your exceptional leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a reliable record of success in managing sophisticated yet welcoming dining establishments.
In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you should be extremely adaptable, resourceful, and primed to thrive. You will handle hands-on leadership roles, managing everything from check-in to food service and daily operations. Overseeing the food and beverage in various areas, including an Italian restaurant, Speakeasy, and Rooftop space, ensuring maximum profits and exceptional guest experiences is an essential part of your role.
You will uphold the highest standards of service and quality, inclusive of food production, equipment use and control, banquet service, room service, beverage service, restaurant service, and food and beverage purchasing. As a leader, you will guide, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage operations team while implementing and monitoring the ordering and receiving program to guarantee proper quantity and prices on all purchases.
As the ambassador of the company's service culture, you will offer leadership and planning to all F&B Outlet departments, thus supporting our service culture, optimizing operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will provide unique guest services that go beyond the usual to create memorable experiences and foster guest retention.
Working Conditions:
Your schedule may vary, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. However, generally, you can expect to work between 55 to 60 hours a week.
