Food & Beverage Manager - Long Cove Club

Long Cove Club is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our dedicated hospitality team at Hilton Head Island's Premier Private Country Club. We are looking for a professional who embodies the spirit of hospitality, is highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. As the F&B Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests.

This role requires evening availability from Thursday to Sunday, with the opportunity to earn travel pay (up to $150/month). At Long Cove Club, we offer a highly competitive benefits package that includes:

As F&B Manager, you will oversee daily food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of hospitality and member satisfaction. You will lead daily pre-service meetings, supervise team member performance, and be a visible presence during meal service. Collaboration with the Clubhouse Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, and other leaders is key to maintaining our standard of excellence.

You will assist in recruiting and training team members, ensuring they meet our high standards for service, menu knowledge, and hospitality. Additionally, you will manage the operational side of the F&B department, from POS system updates to team member scheduling and daily reporting.

We're seeking candidates with at least two years of F&B management experience, preferably in a fine dining restaurant, private club, or resort, who have a hands-on leadership style, a keen eye for detail, and experience with team member training and supervision. Jonas POS knowledge and a food handler's certificate are preferred.
