What We Look For...

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead a first-class Food and Beverage Team that provides strategic value to the company while developing and managing overall food and beverage outlet operations.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maximization of revenue and productivity for all outlets for the hotel.
• Accountable for performance, potential performance, budget, forecast, and target goals.
• Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel's Operations Team.

• Ensure quality and consistency of every food and beverage product within the culinary, catering, restaurant and bar divisions.
• Work with Chef and Sous Chef to create a consistent high quality experience.
• Oversee and accountable for the financial performance of food and beverage division.
• Oversee the ordering of beverage while maintaining quality.
• Oversee the monthly inventory process responsible for correct counts and meeting budget goals.
• Pursue vendor opportunities to enhance product quality and supply while attempt to decrease costs.
• Assist in promotion & marketing of food and beverage outlet areas.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures for food and beverage division.
• Provide overall direction and oversee all safety and risk management programs for the food and beverage division.
• Be continually alert for the safety of all employees and guests, reporting any unsafe conditions.
• Manage and measures performance of direct reports.
• Coach and mentor management staff and establishes long-term professional development plans.
• Oversee the development and implementation of training programs and content for food and beverage department.
• Administer the staffing, training and performance reviews for the food and beverage team.

The Model Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in food and beverage.
• 5+ years managerial experience.
• 5+ years hotel/hospitality experience.
