We are a family-owned and operated winery, vineyard, and hotel nestled in the heart of Temecula Valley. Our property includes a fine dining restaurant, a vibrant lounge, and a relaxing pool area. We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests. This role will focus on managing the restaurant, lounge, and pool areas while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Position Summary:
The F&B Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the restaurant, lounge, and pool. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to enhance the guest experience, increase revenue, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires flexibility in scheduling, leadership skills to manage the team effectively, and the vision to innovate and scale our F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee the restaurant, lounge, and pool areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead F&B staff, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive F&B sales, increase guest engagement, and maximize profitability across all venues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure food and beverage quality meets or exceeds guest expectations, with a focus on consistency, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Cost Management: Control labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses while maintaining profitability.
- KPI Achievement: Monitor and achieve performance targets, including guest satisfaction scores, revenue growth, labor efficiency, and cost control.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team and front-of-house managers to ensure smooth service and a unified guest experience across all F&B outlets.
- Inventory & Supplier Management: Oversee inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and cost-effective purchasing.
- Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic work schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet the needs of the business and guest expectations.
- Guest Relations: Act as the face of the F&B operations, interacting with guests to resolve any concerns and ensuring a memorable experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a multi-outlet F&B environment, preferably in hospitality or luxury venues.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Revenue & Cost Management: Demonstrated ability to manage F&B operations while driving revenue growth and controlling costs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service, with the ability to create memorable dining and lounge experiences.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
