The Outlet Manager organizes, directs and supports all aspects of dining within the designated Outlet including:
to oversee Beach Pavilion, Champions and Discovery Cafe.
- Schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on anticipated business volume
- Runs the shift according to Callaway Standards
- Strives for 100% guest satisfaction; takes immediate steps to resolve any guest issues
- Conducts pre-shift meetings to train, coordinate and communicate important items relative to the shift
- Manages all Team Members in a fair, respectful and professional manner
- Steps in to assist "on the floor" in any position when needed
- Supervises up to 25 Team Members
- Handles cash/financial transactions
- Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations
- Conducts inventory on a prescribed schedule
The preferred candidate will have:
A minimum of three years relevant restaurant experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
Excellent guest service skills are critical to the success of this position.
Experience in resorts
Valid driver's license
Ability to make decisions leading to improved service & quality
Willingness to work weekends and holidays when our Outlets are at their busiest
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift up to 30#/exert up to 50# of force
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to withstand extreme temperatures
