About the Job
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor to supervise staff and deliver an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Director.

- Supervise restaurant and bar staff and manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Hold pre-shift meetings and present specials, discuss the sequence of service.
- Complete daily and weekly reports, and approve Micros shift closings for each employee on shift.
- Do weekly/monthly alcohol inventory.
- Touch all tables and ensure satisfaction.
- Cover Bartender and Server shifts when necessary.
